Become an Avon Sales Leader
Sales Leaders recruit and train their own team of representatives. Offering help and support to their team members they can earn commission on their teams' net sales.
As a Sales Leader you would be given training and support from your own Sales Leader or Area Sales Manager with all the training and marketing materials supplied by Avon.
If you are ambitious, like working with and meeting new people and would like to run your own business this could be for you.
As you grow your team you can move up the levels to:
Salesleader - Level 1 - Where you recruit and train a mininum of 5 team members
Advanced Salesleader - Level 2 - Where you recruit and train a mininum of 15 team members and have 2 saleleaders at level 1
Executive Salesleader - Level 3 - Where you recruit and train a minimum of 25 team members and have 6 sales leaders at level 1
Senior Executive Salesleader - Level 4 - This is the top level of sales leadership. A senior executive has 25 plus team members in her team placing on time orders. They will have 8 salesleaders in their team, at least 6 at level 1 and 2 at Executive level 3.
